Life and ADHD Coaching for Adults Who Discovered Their Diagnosis Late

Who I work with

You are successful, capable, and self-aware. But privately, you are struggling with overwhelm, procrastination, self-doubt, and the quiet grief of “what could have been

How I work

As a certified ADHD coach, my approach is warm, collaborative, and transparent. Together, we reduce the daily friction that comes from time blindness, emotional overwhelm, inconsistency, and the pressure to do everything perfectly

My Approach

We focus on building self-trust, creating sustainable habits, and finding systems that actually suit your ADHD brain, not someone else’s. I bring empathy and structure. You bring honesty and curiosity

How I became an ADHD Coach

Step 1: The Beginning

I started as a general Virtual Assistant, helping busy entrepreneurs with their admin.

But I kept noticing something interesting. Many of my clients had ADHD  and they needed a completely different kind of support. The standard VA approach wasn’t working for them.

So I trained as a specialist ADHD Virtual Assistant.

Step 2: ADHD VA

As a VA, I helped my neurodivergent clients cling on by their fingernails. I could clear their inboxes, organise their calendars, take small tasks off their plate.

But I was only scratching the surface. They weren’t thriving. They were surviving.

I wanted to help more deeply. So I trained as a coach.

Step 3: Specialist ADHD Coach

I used to do the work for you. Now I help you build the awareness and certainty to do it for yourself, not by teaching systems, but by helping you understand how your brain actually works. So you can trust yourself, self-advocate, and eventually thrive.

Over 20 years of experience. Trained in ADHD support and ICF-certified ADHD coaching.

What if you could actually rely on yourself?

Most late-diagnosed ADHDers try to build their lives on a wobbly base.

They don’t fully understand how their unique brain works. They struggle to trust their own instincts. They don’t know how to ask for what they need because they aren’t even sure what they need yet. So they try harder, they mask, and then they burn out. Rinse and repeat.

Through my specialist ADHD coaching, I help you build the solid foundation that is missing: deep awareness of your brain, certainty in yourself, and the quiet confidence to stop pretending. We build unmasked confidence from the ground up. No more wobble. Just a clear, stable base you can actually build a life on.

The image below shows what this wobbly base looks like – and why nothing stable can be built on top of it.

ADHD Needs Pyramid showing Certainty and Safety at the wobbly base, Reliable Systems in the middle, and Self-Trust and Momentum at the top
An unstable foundation. Trying harder won't fix it.
Building awareness will.

I coach you through it from the ground up, building certainty, self‑trust, and unmasked confidence on a solid foundation. No more wobble and pretending. Just a clear, stable base you can actually build a life on.

Awareness

ADHD impacts every corner of your life,  not just work or school. We start by noticing the patterns without judgement. What feels hard? When does it feel hard? This is the foundation.

Situational Variability

Your brain isn’t a machine. Good days and bad days look different. What worked last week might not work today. That’s not a flaw,  that’s just how ADHD works. We plan for the variability, not against it.

Self-Acceptance

Making peace with how your brain works. Self-acceptance isn’t about fixing yourself,  it’s about loving yourself as you are. Connection to your own emotions, needs, and worth comes first. Everything else builds from here.

Self Validation & Trust

Self-validation means believing your own experience , even when no one else sees it. Trust grows when you stop waiting for permission to need help.

Self Advocay

Speaking up for how your brain works, without apology. Self-advocacy means asking for what you need, saying no to what doesn’t work, and stopping the performance of “normal.” Your voice matters. Use it.

Unmasked

Loving who you are  on purpose, unapologetically. This is the top of the pyramid. Not because you’re “fixed,” but because you’ve stopped thinking you were broken.

This call is just to see if we’re a good fit. No pressure. No commitment. Just a friendly chat about where you are, where you want to be, and whether I’m the right person to help you get there.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let me know a quick message goes a long way.

Need help doing the thing? Unique ADHD Support: Coaching + Practical VA Assistance

Before training as a certified transformational life coach specialising in ADHD, I worked as a Virtual Assistant specifically for neurodivergent clients.

Because of this background, I offer something highly unusual: a small number of hybrid spots for coaching clients who want hands-on task and admin support alongside their executive dysfunction coaching.

How we can work together:

  • Transparent & Ethical: I work with complete transparency and strong ethics.
  • Tailored to You: I get to know you, your lifestyle, or your business so I can act as your true partner.
  • People-First: If your ADHD makes communicating with clients, formatting emails, or managing admin overwhelming, I can step in to bridge the gap.

If working with a specialist ADHD coach who can also clear your admin backlog sounds like the right fit, let’s talk
